Privacy & Data Retention Policy

Last updated: September 2026. This policy explains how EduGrow India ("we", "our") handles the personal and assessment data collected through our psychometric platform.

1. Data Collection & Purpose

We collect student names, roll numbers, classes, assessment responses and, where provided, contact numbers to run assessments, prepare reports and support school counselling. Contact numbers may be used for report delivery when that service is enabled.

2. Data Isolation & Access

School accounts are scoped to their own workspace. Authorised school administrators and counsellors can access assessment data according to their roles. Student results are not shared with third-party marketers or universities.

3. Data Retention

Assessment responses, reports and contact details are stored until they are deleted by an authorised administrator. Automatic deletion after a fixed period is not currently configured. Student sessions expire, but account credentials do not automatically expire when an assessment event closes. Contact us to request deletion or discuss retention for your school.

4. AI Processing

Standard assessment reports use deterministic scoring. Optional AI features require separate configuration. If those features are enabled, we will update this notice with the provider and data-handling details before using them for student reports.
